Westrum Coastal Homes Warranty Service

All Westrum Coastal Homes are covered by our Limited Homeowners Warranty Program and come with a one year Limited Warranty against defects in workmanship, fixtures, and materials.

As a Westrum Coastal Homes customer, you are entitled to a 30 day and 330 day post settlement inspection to identify any warranty related items that may need to be addressed. A project manager will contact you to schedule these inspections.

NOTE: Certain items in your home come with a manufacturer’s warranty which is separate from our warranty.  Please refer to your Home Buyers Guide distributed with your Agreement of Sales packet for Homeowner Limited Warranty/Customer Service Procedure information. 

All NON-Emergency Warranty Service Requests during the warranty period and outside the scope of the 30-Day and 330 Day Home inspection should be requested using the form below. For Emergencies such as those situations involving heath, welfare, and safety, please call the VENDOR indicated in the WDC Homeowners Limited Warranty and Customer Service Procedure manual distributed at settlement.
