Westrum Development officially breaks ground at our newest senior living community The Darlington at West Chester.

Westrum Development Company celebrated the groundbreaking of LUXOR Wilmington Phase II at 400 S. Market Street, adding 125 new luxury apartment homes to Wilmington’s Riverfront.

Westrum team members spent the day volunteering at Family Promise Montco, assisting with cleaning, organizing, and outdoor improvement projects to support the organization’s mission and make a positive impact in the local community.

Prospective residents are now invited to tour the newly opened leasing office at LUXOR Lifestyle Apartments Fort Washington and learn more about the community’s brand-new apartment homes and exceptional amenities.

Westrum Development Company proudly celebrated the official ribbon cutting of Foundry Flats Apartments on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at the community clubhouse.

This acquisition adds 125 apartment homes directly adjacent to our LUXOR Wilmington community, an asset that is fully stabilized and delivering strong performance.

Westrum Development Company hosted a Career Wardrobe Drive in January 2026 in partnership with The Wardrobe to support individuals reentering the workforce.

During the holiday season, we came together to give back through two meaningful initiatives. In November, we partnered with Move For Hunger to host a food drive, and in December, we collected toys in support of Toys for Tots at our corporate office and communities, helping spread joy and support to families in need.

In December 2025, Westrum Development Company hosted a Toys for Tots toy drive to help bring holiday joy to children in need. Together, we collected toys that will help make the season brighter for families throughout the community.

In November 2025, Westrum Development Company proudly hosted a Move For Hunger food drive to support families facing food insecurity in our community. Together, we collected over 100 pounds of food to help provide meals for those in need.

In August 2025, Foundry Flats celebrated the arrival of its first move-ins, bringing the community to life. Welcoming our first residents was a meaningful milestone as the vision for Foundry Flats officially became home for many.

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2025, the Westrum Development Company team participated in a Day of Service at Mitzvah Circle. Our team volunteered by packing essential items for families in need throughout the community.
