The Pointe@31 Brewerytown won a platinum award for community excellence during the recently held Pennsylvania Apartment Association “Best in Apartment Living” awards! This annual awards ceremony is held to recognize luxury communities throughout the Philadelphia metro area. Judging categories include leasing, maintenance, and overall community excellence and platinum is the highest distinction awarded. Luxor Lifestyle Apartments also took home a silver award for community excellence!
